Charitable objects
THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY IS TO FURTHER THE OBJECTS OF THE SEDGEFIELD EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION (527317) AND THE SEDGEFIELD DISTRICT RELIEF IN NEED CHARITY (230392) BY MAKING THE FOLLOWING PAYMENTS;
(1) 22% OF THE YEARLY INCOME OF THE CHARITY TO THE TRUSTEES OF THE SEDGEFIELD EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION; AND
(2) THE REMAINING 78% OF THE YEARLY INCOME OF THE CHARITY TO THE TRUSTEES OF THE SEDGEFIELD DISTRICT RELIEF IN NEED CHARITY.
