Charitable objects

(A) THE RELIEF OF GENUINE CASES OF DISTRESS IN THE NORTHWICH DISTRICT WHETHER ADULTS OR CHILDREN, AND WHETHER DUE TO UNEMPLOYMENT OR OTHER CAUSES.(B) THE MAKING OF GRANTS TO THE NORTHWICH & DISTRICT COUNCIL OF SOCIAL SERVICES, (C) THE MAKING OF OCCASIONAL GRANTS TO OTHER CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS AND FUNDS AS REQUIRED BY SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING DONATIONS TO CHILDREN'S CHRITIES WHICH ASSIST CHILDREN IN THE MID-CHESHIRE AREA. (D) THE PROVISION OF HOLIDAY FACILITIES, CLOTHING, CHRISTMAS PRESENTS AND PARTIES FOR CHILDREN OF UNEMPLOYED PERSONS AND FOR FATHERLESS CHILDREN.
