INCOME TO BE APPLIED FOR THE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF THE PARISH CHURCH OF UPTON-ON-SEVERN IN THE EVENT OF THE FUND APPLICABLE FROM EDWARD HALL'S CHARITY BEING INSUFFICIENT. SUBJECT TO THE AFORESAID THE INCOME SHALL BE APPLIED IN OR TOWARDS DEFRAYING THE OTHER EXPENSES CONNECTED WITH THE SAID CHURCH, AND WITH DIVINE WORSHIP.
