THE PROVISION OF HOUSING ACCOMMODATION FOR PERSONS WHO HAVE RESIDED IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT FOR AT LEAST TWO YEARS, IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THEIR APPOINTMENT WHO FROM AGE, ILL HEALTH, ACCIDENT OR INFIRMITY ARE WHOLLY OR IN PART, UNABLE TO MAINTAIN THEMSELVES BY THEIR OWN EXERTIONS. 2. SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS AS THE TRUSTEES DECIDE.
