THE PROVISION OF ALMSHOUSES FOR POOR PERSONS OF GOOD CHARATER WHO (EXCEPT IN SPECIAL CASES TO BE APPROVED BY THE COMMISSIONERS) HAVE RESIDED IN THE ANCIENT TOWNSHIP OF ARDSLEY FOR NOT LESS THAN TWO YEARS NEXT PRCEDING THE TIME OF THEIR APPOINTMENT.
