TO HELP BOYS AGED BETWEEN SIXTEEN AND NINETEEN YEARS WHO ARE IN NEED OF PROPER LIVING ACCOMMODATION AND TO PROVIDE HOSTELS FOR SUCH BOYS TO RESIDE IN FOR LIMITED PERIODS PENDING THEIR OBTAINING OR BEING PROVIDED WITH SUITABLE PERMANENT LIVING ACCOMODATION AND FOR THES PURPOSES BUT NOT FURTHER OR OTHERWISE.
