The RSPCA Cumbria North and East Branch is an unincorporated charity and separately registered branch of the RSPCA carrying out direct animal welfare in the area of North East Cumbria. The branches welfare work helps people in need to care for their animals by providing welfare assistance and treatment for their animals as well a supporting the local inspectorate in the Cumbria Area.
