(A) THE ADVANCEMENT OF HEALTH AND THE PREVENTION AND RELIEF OF SICKNESS BY SUCH MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT AND IN PARTICULAR BY MEDICAL RESEARCH AND TEACHING INCLUDING THE BRITISH COLLEGE OF NATUROPATHY AND OSTEOPATHY LIMITED AND BY THE ORGANISATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF MEDICAL AND HEALTH SERVICES. (B) THE CARE AND COMFORT OF AGED POOR PERSONS. (C) THE PROVISION OF ASSISTANCE FOR ALL NECESSITOUS AND DESERVING PERSONS IN NEED BY REASON OF AGE, INFIRMITY, ILLNESS, INJURY, MISFORTUNE OF ANY OTHER CAUSE. (D) FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS DECLARED IN WRITING BY THE SETTLOR.
