THE RESTORATION TO CATHOLIC UNITY OF ALL THOSE WHO FOR ANY REASON ARE HELD BACK FROM SUBMISSION TO THE LATIN RITE, AND EXPECIALLY THOSE PROTESTANTS WHO BECAUSE OF THEIR LONG SEPARATION FROM THE HOLY SEE ARE PREJUDICED AGAINST THE LATIN RITE AND THE PAPACY.
