TO ASSIST IN THE TREATMENT AND CURE OF PERSONS WHO SHALL BE UNDER TREATMENT FOR OR RECOVERING FROM PSYCHIATRIC ILLNESS OF PHYSICAL DISABLEMENT BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR WORK AND RECREATION AND TO PROVIDE FOR PATIENTS SUCH WORK OR OCCUPATION AS MAY BE SUITED TO THEM WHEREBY THEY MAY BE ENABLED TO REGAIN THEIR HEALTH AND TO SELL THE PRODUCE OF THE LABOUR OF PATIENTS.
