THE PROVISION OF A BUILDING FOR USE BY ALL CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS CALCULATED TO PROMOTE EITHER THE RELIGIOUS OR MORAL IMPROVEMENT OF THEIR FELLOW CREATURE WITHOUT REGARD TO ANY DISTINCTION OF SECT OR DENOMINATION. TO ADVANCE THE CHRISTIAN FAITH IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT. THE LAND IDENTIFIED IN PART 1 OF THE SCHEDULE TO THIS SCHEME MUST BE RETAINED BY THE TRUSTEES FOR USE FOR THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY
