Charitable objects

ALMSHOUSES FOR POOR PERSONS OF GOOD CHARACTER WHO ARE MEMBERS OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND AND WHO ARE RESIDENT IN OR HAVE AT ANY TIME RESIDED IN OR HAVE FAMILY RESIDENT IN OR HAVE ANY OTHER CONNECTIONS WITH THE PARISH OF TRENT, OVER COMPTON, NETHER COMPTON, CASTLETON OR SANDFORD ORCAS IN THE COUNTY OF DORSET OR WITH THE PARISHES OF MUDFORD, MARSTON MAGNA OR RIMPTON, IN THE COUNTY OF SOMERSET. PREFERENCE TO BE GIVEN TO PERSONS QUALIFIED AS AFORESAID WHO ARE OVER 55 YEARS OF AGE, RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF TRENT AT THE TIME OF THEIR APPOINTMENT AND WHO ARE REGULAR COMMUNICANTS OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND.
