1. TO INCREASE PUBLIC AWARENESS AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE MENTALLY HANDICAPPED. 2. TO ENCOURAGE THE DEVELOPMENT AND REHABILITATION OF THE MENTALLY HANDICAPPED. 3. TO SUPPORT AND HELP PARENTS AND CARERS OF THE MENTALLY HANDICAPPED. 4. TO SUPPORT THE COUNTY AUTHORITIES IN THEIR PROJECTS FOR TRAINING THE MENTALLY HANDICAPPED.
