FOR ANY CHARITALBE INSTITUTION OR INSTITUTIONS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT WITH PREFERENCE, BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE, FOR THE BENEFIT OF TIVERTON AGED PEOPLE'S ASSOCIATION AND IF THAT SHALL CEASE ANY CHARITABLE OBJECT OR OBJECTS WITHIN THE BOROUGH OR RURAL DISTRICT OF TIVERTON WITH PREFERENCE TO THE POOR AND AGED.
