AFTER FIVE YEARS, CAPTIAL TO BE APPLIED IN OR TOWEARDS IMPROVING OR RENOVATING THE FABRIC OR THE BUILDINGS OF THE CHURCH AND THE FURNISHINGS AND EQUIPMENT THEROF OR OTHERWISE FOR THE GENERAL PURPOSES OF THE CHURCH.
