TO ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN A HOME WHICH SHALL BE OPEN AT ALL TIMES TO RECEIVE GIRLS AND YOUNG WOMEN OF ANY PLACE OR DENOMINATION WHO MAY STAND IN NEED OF TEMPORARY PROTECTION, SHELTER AND CONSEL, AND TO HELP THOSE WHO MAY BE IN MORAL DANGER.
