TO PROVIDE HOUSES TO BE LET AT RENTS SUFFICIENT TO COVER OUTGOINGS TO PERSONS OF GOOD CHARACTER BUT IN STRAIGHTENED CIRCUMSTANCES WHO HAVE RESIDED IN SILSDEN FOR NOT LESS THAN TEN YEARS AND PREFERENCE BEING GIVEN TO THOSE OVER SIXTY AND PROTESTANTS.
