SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF PEOPLE WHO ARE DEAF, DEAFENED OR HARD OF HEARING, IN THE AREAS COVERED BY THE DIOCESE OF MONMOUTH AND THE DIOCESE OF LLANDAFF, AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DECIDE, IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, ASSISTANCE IN CASES OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR CHRISTIAN WORSHIP, AND PASTORAL CARE.
