FOR THE PURPOSE OF EXTENDING THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE GOSPEL WITHOUT REFERENCE TO DENOMINATIONAL DISTINCTIONS AMONG THE INHABITANTS OF THE CITY OF LEEDS AND ITS VICINITY (ESPECIALLY THE POOR) BY VISITS FROM HOUSE TO HOUSE; BY READINGS OF THE SCRIPTURES AND BY MEETINGS FOR PRAYER AND CHRISTIAN INSTRUCTION, BY PROMOTING REGULAR ATTENDANCE AT PUBLIC WORSHIP AND BY THE ADOPTION OF SUCH OTHER MEANS AS MAY CONDUCE TO THE ATTAINMENT OF THE ABOVE.
