(A) TO IMPROVE & FOSTER THE SKILL OF MAN & DOG FOR THE PURPOSE OF RAISING THE STANDARD OF SHEPHERDING & THE CARE & PROTECTION OF SHEEP. (B) TO IMPROVE THE BREEDING, TRAINING & CARE OF SHEEPDOGS. (C) TO PROMOTE & SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF & INTEREST IN ALL MATTERS OF AN AGRICULTURAL & HORTICULTURAL NATURE & TO HOLD & PROMOTE SHEEP DOG TRIALS TO BE HELD ANNUALLY ON THE FIRST THURSDAY IN SEPTEMBER OR SUCH OTHER DAY & ON SUCH ADDITIONAL DAY OR DAYS & AT SUCH TIME OR TIMES & IN SUCH PLACE OR PLACES AS THE GENERAL COMMITTEE MAY DECIDE. (D) TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO SOCIETIES, ASSOCIATIONS & OTHER BODIES OF A CHARITABLE NATURE.
