PENSIONS TO POOR PERSONS WHO FOR A PERIOD OF NOT LESS THAN 5 YEARS NEXT PRECEDING THE TIME OF APPOINTMENT HAVE BEEN RESIDENT ON OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE MARISTOW ESTATE IN THE COUNTY OF DEVON FAILING WHOM THE PENSIONERS SHALL BE POOR PERSONS RESIDENT IN OR IN THE IMMEDIATE VICINITY OF THE AREAS OF BENEFIT.
