PROVISION OF PENSIONS FOR POOR WIDOWS OF GOOD CHARACTER WHO ARE NOT LESS THAN 50 YEARS OF AGE AND HAVE RESIDED IN THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH OR THE NEIGHBOURHOOD THEREOF FOR NOT LESS THAN 7 YEARS.
