Charitable objects
1. THE TRUSTEES PAY TO THE VICAR A YEARLY SUM OF ú5 PROVIDED THAT HE SHALL PREACH A SERMON ON THE 11 JANUARY AND A FURTHER YEARLY SUM OF ú5 FOR A SERMON PREACHED ON THE 21 AUGUST. 2. THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN RELIEVING EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDULLY PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT AS THE SAME EXISTED IN 1931 WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS.
