Activities - how the charity spends its money

The Charity at the end of December 2021 transferred all its assets and undertaking to a new charity called the GREAT BUDWORTH PARISH HALL CHARITY, a CIO No 1192421, Registered with the Charities Commission in November 2020. However, the Charity continued to operate during the lockdown and Covid period while arrangements were made for new bank accounts etc for the CIO. It is no longer active.
