Charitable objects
FOR THE RELIEF AND SUPPORT OF MAIMED AND DISABLED SEAMEN CONNECTED WITH THE TOWN AND PORT OF RYE AND THE WIDOWS AND CHILDREN OF SUCH SEAMEN AS SHALL BE SLAIN OR DROWNED IN THE MERCHANT SERVICE.
