The Charity of Mrs Mabel Luke provides affordable housing for people in housing need and with a connection to the town of Newbury or the parish of Greenham. The original endowment was of 4 almshouses but in 2018 the Charity completed the redevelopment of the site and now owns 16 one- and two-bedroom flats at Mabel Luke Place, in central Newbury. The Charity is a Registered Provider.
