Charitable objects
THE EXERCISE BY RESIDENTS OF RIGHTS OF COMMON IN RESPECT OF THE LANDS BELONGING TO THE CHARITY AND SUBJECT THERETO THE TRUSTEES MAY SET ASIDE SUCH PART OR PARTS OF THE SAID LANDS FOR USE AS:- (A) AN OPEN SPACE FOR RECREATION; (B) A CHILDREN'S PLAYGROUND.
