THIS AWARD IS TO BE KNOWN AS THE ELPHCK SIXTH FORM ESSAY PRIZE IN THE FIRST INSTANCE OR IF THERE IS NO SIXTH FORM WINNER, THE ELPHICK ESSAY PRIZE.
