FOR ANY PERSONS OR BODY INCORPORATE OR CORPORATE WHICH IS FOR THE TIME BEING CHARITABLE BY THE LAW OF ENGLAND AT THE TRUSTEES DISCRETION. FAILURE TO APPLY AS ABOVE FOR THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF THE SOCIETY OF JESUS.
