PROVISION OF ALMSHOUSES FOR AGED OR INFIRM PERSONS. PREFERANCE SHALL BE GIVEN TO PERSONS QUALIFIED AS AFORESAID WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE COMMUNITY OF LLANFAIR DYFFRYN CLWYD AND WHO ARE MEMBERS OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND OR THE CHURCH IN WALES.
