Charitable objects
INCOME TO BE APPLIED IN PROVIDING BOOTS OR OTHER ARTICLES OF CLOTHING TO BE DISTRIBUTED AMONGST SUCH DESERVING AND NECESSITOUS CHILDREN ATTENDING ANY PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE AREA AS THE TRUSTEES SELECT BUT SO THAT A PREFERENCE SHALL ALWAYS BE GIVEN TO CHILDREN WHO ARE AND HAVE FOR NOT LESS THAN TWO YEARS BEEN IN ATTENDANCE AT A PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN ONE OF THE PARISHES OF ISSAYNDRE, UCHAYNDRE, OR VAINOR UPPER.
