Charitable objects
THE CHARITY’S PROPERTY SHALL BE RETAINED AND USED TO:
A) FURTHER THE GENERAL RELIGIOUS AND CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF THE RELIGIOUS
SOCIETY OF FRIENDS (QUAKERS) IN BRITAIN AND BEYOND INCLUDING BUT NOT
EXCLUSIVELY BY:
I. THE PROVISION OF CONFERENCES, LECTURES AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL
ACTIVITIES;
II. THE PROVISION OF A MEETING SPACE TO ENCOURAGE PEACEFUL DISCOURSE
AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION; AND
III. THE HOLDING OF PRAYER MEETINGS, SPIRITUAL RETREATS AND OTHER ACTS OF
WORSHIP IN LINE WITH QUAKERS PRACTICE;
AND/OR
B) GENERATE AN INCOME WHICH SHALL BE APPLIED TO FURTHER THE PURPOSES SET OUT
ABOVE IN (A),
