Charitable objects
1. THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A HALL FOR THE USE BY THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT, INCLUDING USE; A. AS A PARISH ROOM FOR PURPOSES OF PARISH CHURCH; B. FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES ; AND C. OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE INHABITANTS. 2. THE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF THE FABRIC OF THE PARISH CHURCH. 3. THE RELIEF OF PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT WHO ARE IN NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS. THE TRUSTEES MAY RELIEVE PERSONS IN NEED BY: A. MAKING OF GRANTS OF MONEY TO THEM; OR B. PROVIDING OR PAYING FOR GOODS, SERVICES AND FACILITIES FOR THEM; OR C. MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY TO OTHER PERSONS OR BODIES WHO PROVIDE GOODS, SERVICES AND FACILITIES TO THOSE IN NEED. 4. TO PROMOTE SUCH GENERAL PUBLIC CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT, AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT.
