Charitable objects
(A) HOMES FOR AGED AND POOR PERSONS OF GOOD CHARACTER AND MORAL WORTH WHO SHALL BE UNABLE TO MAINTAIN THEMSELVES BY THEIR OWN EXERTIONS. PREFERENCE SHALL BE GIVEN TO PERSONS WHO SHALL HAVE RESIDED FOR A SUBSTANTIAL PERIOD IN THE AMERSHAM AREA. (B) ANY SURPLUS INCOME TO BE APPLIED UPON SUCH CHARITABLE TRUSTS AND FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS TRUSTEES SHALL DETERMINE.
