CHARITIES 3 AND 4 1. ú4.45 OR OTHER THE SUM APPROVED FROM TIME TO TIME BY THE COMMISSIONERS TOWARDS THE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF THE PARISH CHURCH OF THE ECCLESIASTICAL PARISH OF ST MARTIN, NORTH NIBLEY. 2. ú0.60 TO THE VICAR OF THE ABOVE PARISH FOR PREACHING A SERMON ON NEW YEAR'S DAY AND ú0.15 TO THE CLERK OF THE ABOVE PARISH FOR RINGING THE BELL OF THE SAID PARISH CHURCH ON THAT DAY. 3. RESIDUE OF THE INCOME APPLIED IN RELIEVING EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF NORTH NIBLEY WHO ARE MEMBERS OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND AND WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS.
