ASSISTANCE OF MEMBERS OR THEIR DEPENDANTS IN POOR CIRCUMSTANCES WHO HAVE CEASES TO BE MEMBERS OF THE BALTIC MERCANTILE AND SHIPPING EXHANCGE WOING TO OLD AGE, ILLNESS MISFORTUNE OR ANY OTHER REASON WHICH IN THE OPINION OF THE COMMITTEE OF MANAGEMENT RENDERS THEM SECERVING OF ASSISTANCE.
