Charitable objects
PEOPLE IN NEED WHO ARE RESIDENT AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION, OR WHO HAVE BEEN RESIDENT, IN THE PARISH OF WASHINGTON. PREFERENCE SHALL BE GIVEN TO WORKERS, ARTISANS AND RETIRED SMALL TRADESMEN OR THEIR WIDOWS, SISTERS OR DAUGHTERS.
