ANY CHARITABLE INSTITUTION OR PURPOSE WHICH IS IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CITY OF LINCOLN OR ITS INHABITANTS, OR FOR THE SPECIFIED GENERAL CHARITIES.
