TO PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF THE AGED, OF PERSONS MENTALLY OR PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED OR THOSE SUFFERING FROM POVERTY DISTRESS OR SICKNESS WITHIN THE PARISH OF ASTWOOD BANK AND THE IMMEDIATE NEIGHBOURHOOD IN ANY MANNER WHICH IS NOW OR HEREAFTER MAY BE DEEMED BY LAW TO BE CHARITABLE.
