IF AND IN SO FAR AS THE CLEAR INCOME OF THE CHARITY IS NOT REQUIRED FOR APPLICATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE AFORESAID TRUSTS, THE SAME MAY BE APPLIED FOR THE BENEFIT OF ANY MATERNITY PATIENTS OF ANY HOSPITAL OR CONVALESCENT HOME UNDER THE MANAGEMENT OF THE SPECIAL TRUSTEES FOR QUEEN CHARLOTTE'S AND CHELSEA HOSPITAL
