Charitable objects
1) IS THE RELIEF OF PERSONS RESIDENT IN LONG LAWFORD WHO ARE IN NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS. 2) THE TRUSTEES MAY RELIEVE PERSONS IN NEED BY: A) MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY TO THEM; OR B) PROVIDING OR PAYING FOR GOODS, SERVICES OR FACILITIES FOR THEM; OR C) MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY TO OTHER PERSONS OF BODIES WHO PROVIDE GOODS, SERVICES OR FACILITIES TO THOSE IN NEED. 3) IF AND IN SO FAR AS THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY CANNOT BE APPLIED TOWARDS THE OBJECT ABOVE, IT MAY BE APPLIED TO PROMOTE SUCH GENERAL CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT, WITH A PREFERENCE TO PERSONS RESIDENT IN LONG LAWFORD, AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT.
