Activities - how the charity spends its money

The Cranston Library is one of the glories of Reigate's heritage. The trustees conserve the books, maintain routine security and purchase insurance. The main fund-raising event is the annual Cranston Lecture. Free access is arranged for scholarly research and visits from the public. The library participates in the annual Heritage Open Day and other visits are made by arrangement with the trustees.
