ANY UNEXPENDED INCOME FOR THE BENEFIT OF DESERVING AND NECESSITOUS POOR OF THE TOWNSHIP. (2) FOR THE BENEFIT OF DESERVING AND NECESSITOUS PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE TOWNSHIP OF WINDLE AS IN SCHEME OF 1891. CLAUSE 38(I) (II AND (III).
