1) ALMSHOUSES FOR POOR PERSONS WHO ARE INHABITANTS OF THE ANCIENT PARISH OF TITCHFIELD. 2) DAY CENTRE FOR THE BENEFIT OF ELDERLY PERSONS WHO ARE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT. 3) TO RELIEVE EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE ANCIENT PARISH OF TITCHFIELD WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS BY MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY OR PROVIDING OR PAYING FOR ITEMS, SERVICES OR FACILITIES CALCULATED TO REDUCE THE NEED HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS OF SUCH PERSONS.
