Charitable objects
TO BE USED AS A RECREATION GROUND FOR THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF SCARNING. INCOME TO BE APPLIED FOR THE RELIEF OF PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF SCARNING WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS. IF AND IN SO FAR AS THE INCOME IS NOT REQUIRED FOR APPLICATION AS AFORESAID, IT MAY BE APPLIED FOR ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF SCARNING
