Activities - how the charity spends its money
The hall provides facilities for social, recreational and educational events. The community regularly meets for Dog Training, Weekly Coffee Mornings, the occasional Dances, Quiz Evenings and Keep-Fit sessions. A sub-post Office opens every Tuesday and Thursday mornings 9 - 12noon. Langdon Parish Council meets every 3rd Monday each month at 7.30pm. The local school and families also use the hall

Charitable objects
(1) THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY SHALL BE THE PROVISION AND MAINTENACE OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF LANGDON (HEREINAFTER CALLED "THE AREA OF BENEFIT") WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CALSSES, AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITNATS. (2) THE SAID LAND AND BUILDING SHALL BE HELD UPON TRUST FOR THE PURPOSES OF A VILLAGE HALL AS AFORESAID.
