PREFERENCE SHALL BE GIVE TO: 1) RELATIONS OF THE FOUNDER BEING ROMAN CATHOLICS, II) OTHER RELATIONS OF THE FOUNDER, III) PERSONS BEING ROMAN CATHOLICS.
