FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE POOR OF THE PARISH AS BEING OF THE AGE OF 50 YEARS OR UPWARDS AS THE MINISTER FOR THE TIME BEING OF THE SAID PARISH SHALL SELECT, SUCH DIVIDENDS TO BE LAID OUT IN THEPURCHASE OF BREAD, OR IN SUCH OTHER WAY AS THE SAID MINISTER SHALL APPROVE, AND TO BE DISTRIBUTED ON THE FIRST DAY OF JANUARY IN EVERY YEAR.
