(1) TO PROVIDE OR PROCURE PROTECTION AND CARE OF INFANTS OR CHILDREN WHOSE MENTAL OR PHYCICAL HEALTH OF DEVELOPMENT IS DAMAGED OR ENDAGERED BY REASON OF THEIR BEING ORPHANS, ILLEGITIMATE, ABANDONED OR OTHERWISE HANDICAPPED OR MALTREATED AND THEIR LACKING A SECURE AND LOVING HOME ENVIRONMENT. (2) TO PROMOTE, ORGAINSE, CARRY OUT OR ASSIST IN RESEARCH INTO, AD GENERALLY TO PROCURE AND PROVIDE INFORMATION FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE ABOUT ADOPTON AND SUBJECTS RELATED THERTO.
