Charitable objects
(1) TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY IN THE PARISH OF NEWHALL IN PARTICULAR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, THE FURTHERANCE OF HEALTH AND THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, DISTRESS AND SICKNESS. (2) TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH FOR USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES, AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE INHABITANTS.
